Job Description
Drive Commure + Athelas' biggest opportunities and most strategic areas for revenue growth — with a specific focus on our rapidly growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product. This involves sales cycle management, owning the RCM sales process end to end, serving as the SME and executive presenter while working with the local AE. The role includes meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets focused on the RCM solution.
Manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Provide a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach tailored to the unique challenges of revenue cycle teams. Track and maintain pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using Salesforce and other tools. Identify, prioritize, and qualify high-impact prospects in the provider space. Cultivate and manage relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare finance leaders. Stay informed on industry trends in billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement to better position Commure + Athelas' RCM platform.
