The Director of Product Management for the AI Platform will help lead this transformation โ driving world-class product enablement and evangelism across the entire ServiceNow ecosystem. We need someone that is an action-oriented leader who can execute the go-to-market strategy, deliver enablement that bring the story of the platform to life, and own the customer-facing platform value proposition narrative. You must be able to thrive as a leader as well as drive relationships across our GTM partners to understand what our customers are trying to achieve and how we build our demos, stories, and go-to-market strategy to reflect that.
