Strategic Finance Manager

This is a remote role based in Canada, reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, the manager will be a part of a team that is the financial heartbeat of everything at KOHO. Responsibilities include owning and enhancing KOHO’s financial models, supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, and monthly/quarterly management reporting. Supporting the Head of Banking in analytics and materials preparation related to KOHO’s banking license application and ICAAP. Additionally, this role involves supporting capital raising, corporate valuation, investor relations, and special projects such as investment analysis and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Finance, with emphasis on financial modeling, financial planning, and management reporting & analysis. A professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred. Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
