ESCO Business Development:

  • Penetrate assigned ESCO accounts and build new ESCO relationships.
  • Educate ESCO teams on Aeroseal duct sealing benefits and energy codes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, meeting minutes, and account plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site walk-throughs and translate findings into project scopes.
  • Drive internal deal reviews for pricing strategy and margin targets.
  • Support Aeroseal's national ESCO tradeshow and thought leadership strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience selling into the ESCO and performance contracting marketplace.
  • Strong HVAC technical fundamentals and financial acumen in performance contracting.
  • Strong presenter and influencer.
