Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling or developing business in multifamily.
- Existing relationships across multifamily and the retrofit ecosystem.
- Strong HVAC fundamentals and financial acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Penetrate assigned accounts and leverage partners, as well as build new relationships, to secure Aeroseal inclusion.
- Develop trusted advisor credibility by educating stakeholders on Aeroseal outcomes, ventilation performance and resident impact.
- Build a repeatable portfolio motion, including account planning, prioritization by asset class and geography, and multi-site rollout proposals.
