Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience selling or developing business in multifamily.
  • Existing relationships across multifamily and the retrofit ecosystem.
  • Strong HVAC fundamentals and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate assigned accounts and leverage partners, as well as build new relationships, to secure Aeroseal inclusion.
  • Develop trusted advisor credibility by educating stakeholders on Aeroseal outcomes, ventilation performance and resident impact.
  • Build a repeatable portfolio motion, including account planning, prioritization by asset class and geography, and multi-site rollout proposals.
