Manager, Mid-Market Sales

Figma is looking for a Manager, Mid Market Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketing wizards, and brilliant business folks. With this role you’ll get in at the ground floor in a fast growing sales org. You’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. Figma has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. As a Manager, Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise product. Responsibilities include leading a team, participating in customer meetings, assisting in training and development, helping shape sales processes, and interviewing/training new team members. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, 2+ years of management experience, experience selling to technical audiences, and a track record of developing customer relationships and leading teams to exceed goals.
