Product UX Designer - Platform & Workflows

About the Role:

• Join a global leader in talent acquisition and recruitment technology, supporting distributed product teams in Tokyo and Hyderabad.
• Report directly to a Tokyo-based UX Director and focus on creating scalable interaction models for complex platform workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end interaction and visual design for complex enterprise workflows, ensuring accessible and coherent experiences.
• Produce engineering-ready specifications, redlines, and error states while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Work independently and communicate design rationales across distributed global teams spanning multiple time zones.

Collaboration & Time Zone:

• Fully remote role with a strong preference for candidates in Australia, working asynchronously across US, JST, and IST time zones.
• All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with platform products, admin dashboards, internal tools, or configuration interfaces.
• Familiarity with design systems, multi-tenant products, and AI-assisted design tools.
