Drive Commure + Athelas' biggest opportunities and most strategic areas for revenue growth with a focus on the rapidly growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product. We are scaling quickly and seek individuals who are passionate about healthcare operations, relationship building, and high-stakes deal-making. As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will own the RCM sales process end to end, serving as the SME and executive presenter while working in tandem with the local AE. Manage internal and external stakeholders and engage the appropriate resources to drive results. Manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Provide a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach tailored to the unique challenges of revenue cycle teams. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and working with implementation and services teams for a smooth handoff. You will identify, prioritize, and qualify high-impact prospects in the provider space. Cultivate and manage relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare finance leaders. Stay informed on industry trends in billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement to better position Commure + Athelas' RCM platform.
