About the Role:
- Leads engagement across all partner health systems, coordinating training sessions and producing educational materials to drive adoption.
- Works cross-functionally to ensure partnerships translate into measurable value and durable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers successful launches by coordinating implementation of AI tools with clients and internal teams.
- Drives adoption through engagement communications, live training, and on-demand collateral.
- Helps achieve ROI by convening collaboratives and developing case studies documenting outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:
- New partners go live on schedule with clear goals and smooth rollout.
- Strong adoption and engagement lift over baseline, measured by active users and usage depth.
- Events run smoothly, strengthen relationships, and receive strong NPS from attendees.
