WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team leads, including hiring, onboarding, and growth.
- Own KPIs, SOPs, budget/workforce planning, and process improvement.
- Build partnerships and drive AI adoption across teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Teams meet KPIs; member/provider satisfaction stays high.
- Managers calibrated, projects on time, escalations resolved.
- AI efficiency gains measured and reported.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Active independent license (LP, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT).
- 6-10 years experience; 5+ years managing managers and teams of 40+.
- Experience with EHR, Zendesk/Salesforce, BI tools, and AI.
