Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave administration, and general HR inquiries. This role involves analyzing trends in employee engagement, turnover, and separation data to identify opportunities for improving retention and employee experience. Also, this position supports company culture initiatives and employee lifecycle moments, including onboarding and offboarding. The HR Generalist reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with licensing and training requirements. Moreover, they handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
