Overview:
- This role leads GRT's strategic response to federal Medicaid changes, focusing on becoming a Qualified Entity in eligible states.
- It involves implementing SOAR training, medical frailty documentation, and building infrastructure for direct Medicaid enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QE application process, including MOUs with state Medicaid agencies and staff training.
- Oversee SOAR training implementation and establish pre-release SSDI/SSI application pipelines.
- Develop tracking systems for member coverage retention and create evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare admin, entitlement services, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with state agencies and knowledge of Medicaid policy.
