Job Description
As a Seller Onboarding Representative, you will review inbound seller applications for completeness and quality, respond to seller application status inquiries, perform outbound calls to convert applicants into active sellers, and courteously respond to questions in a timely manner. You will also track and record issues and data to inform the company of problems and requests for improvements, contribute to SOPs to enhance team efficiency, and continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge.
