Sr Product Manager, Vertical Agents

Role Overview:

• This role focuses on creating specialized agents that are genuinely good at specific jobs like sales, recruiting, or business operations.
• You'll design backward from the actual work, handoffs, and measures of success in that role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own one or more vertically focused agents from problem definition through deployment and iteration with customers.
• Define outcomes and metrics, and manage prompts, skills, escalation paths, and edge cases.
• Work in a tight loop with engineering and design, with direct access to customers.
