Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist oversees daily operations of HRIS system including new hire set up, benefits enrollment, and leave administration. Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes. Maintains employee personnel files. Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Conducts recruitment effort for non- clinical staff, post job advertisements; works with hiring manager to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers. Requires a reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, a second monitor, and a stable internet connection.
