Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, growing sales, and creating strategic action plans that support the company's goals and priorities and formulates new business ventures, markets, and collaboration opportunities. The Business Development Manager will promote the business to outside clients and potential business partners, as well as negotiate and execute contracts and business proposals. The manager will engage in business development, sales, and marketing activities and identify collaboration opportunities with major clients and other companies. The manager will also generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales; and recommending new products, services, applications, and sales strategies. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, turnaround time schedules, and merchandising techniques.
