The Business Development Manager will drive the company’s growth and carry the sales targets for Toxicology, DMPK, and Bioanalytical service offerings. They will source, close, and support IND and NDA services deals with existing and new clients in the Pharma & Biotech market. This role requires expertise in integrated service offerings and market-specific environments.

This position supports every step of the Pharma/Biotech sales cycle, from lead acquisition through deal close. BD works closely with Medical, Operations, Data Science and Engineering to develop project proposals to meet the needs of new and existing Pharma/Biotech, and success involves developing a robust pipeline of potential opportunities and contributing to bookings and revenue targets.
