Director, Physician Engagement & Insights

Role Responsibilities:

• Build the physician engagement flywheel to drive repeat participation and convert interactions into ongoing platform behavior.
• Own the insights and survey engine by developing strategy, designing engagements, and delivering high-quality, actionable outputs.
• Create advisory and speaker program networks to provide meaningful opportunities for HCPs.

Qualifications Required:

• 5–10 years of experience in physician engagement, insights, or pharma programs with a track record of driving HCP engagement.
• Deep understanding of physician behavior and strong skills in HCP engagement design and building repeatable systems.

. Product intuition around UX and incentives, with a builder mentality, ownership, and a curious, analytical, behavior-driven approach.
