New Product Manager, Activity

Play a key role in defining and delivering the Oura movement and activity experience - including the accuracy of our tracking algorithms and workout experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data science, engineering, firmware, hardware, design and other teams to shape the vision of activity. Co-create a long-term vision for activity tracking within Oura, including algorithms and new UX experiences that support our members during the workout moment. Collaborate with scientists and designers to translate innovative research into user-friendly consumer features. Work with the hardware product team to define new sensor and technology needs, as well as opportunities to leverage existing sensors for new features. Work with developers to prototype, launch, and iterate on features that help users monitor their health. Support the translation of product strategy into clear requirements, acting as a liaison between leadership and your team. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders across the organization to ensure transparency in product development. Partner with marketing teams to define strategies for launching new features. Analyze data with data scientists to assess feature success and identify opportunities for improvement.
