Givebutter is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to bolster our expanding team and ensure a top-notch hiring process. This pivotal role involves aiding in sourcing talent, coordinating interview schedules, handling communications, and guaranteeing a seamless candidate journey. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to maintain process efficiency and a positive experience.
Responsibilities include managing interview logistics, sourcing candidates, maintaining ATS data, and supporting onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recruiting coordination experience, proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred), strong communication skills, and a passion for creating an inclusive candidate experience. Position is remote (Austin, Denver, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, etc.).
