About the Role:
- Support home service and painting companies.
- Answer inbound calls and return missed calls.
- Book estimates for new leads.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to web leads, texts, and messages.
- Qualify leads and book estimate appointments.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, VA, or call handling preferred.
- Comfortable on the phone and strong written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
