Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead global category strategies for CAPEX, MRO and Lab across TAPI sites.
- Manage strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
- Support high-value CAPEX projects and ensure procurement governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of indirect procurement experience in pharma, with CAPEX/MRO expertise.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
