Job Description
Talent Planning & Execution:
- Drive a cohesive approach to talent management aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement talent planning strategies, including performance reviews and succession planning.
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors review in partnership with People Business Partners.
Learning & Development Strategy:
- Establish a learning roadmap covering technical, leadership, and soft skills using business data and employee feedback.
- Ensure initiatives are targeted, aligned with priorities, and integrated into workflows.
- Innovate learning experiences and their ROI by adopting best practices.
Leadership & Management:
- Design and deliver leadership development initiatives for first-time and seasoned leaders.
- Maximize vendor partnerships by evaluating capabilities and making data-driven decisions.
- Lead the team toward operational excellence, flexibility, and collaboration.
