IT Director - Commercial

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT commercial strategy and manage supplier relationships to deliver real value and support digital ambitions.
• Provide expert commercial input into IT projects involving new or amended contractual arrangements.
• Build collaborative supplier partnerships that foster mutual value and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven senior leadership experience in IT supplier and commercial management within a complex, multi-vendor environment.
• Strong experience in developing and operating commercial, governance, and performance frameworks.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering cost savings while balancing value, quality, and service.

Work Arrangements:

• Flexible location with remote working available and occasional travel required to offices in Rushden and London.
• Agile working hours based on operational needs, with some flexibility available upon discussion.
