Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide initiatives for specific markets and clients, coordinating the development of strategic marketing and business development plans.
- Become an in-house expert on marketing attributes, competition, drivers, and trends for assigned initiatives.
- Develop, organize, and maintain resource databases and internal collaboration sites, managing content and site integrity.
Marketing and Brand Leadership:
- Provide leadership for increasing brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and media coordination.
- Manage the preparation of collateral materials, including research and graphical content, and edit source materials.
- Oversee the integrity of the sales funnel using CRM systems for data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.
Proposal and Conference Support:
- Guide regional marketing staff and proposal teams in strategy sessions, capture plans, and win theme development.
- Support industry award nominations by researching opportunities and developing submittal packages.
- Collaborate on planning internal meetings and external conferences, and track and evaluate networking opportunities.
