Field Productivity & Project Leadership:

  • Lead and support productivity improvement projects with field branches.
  • Help drive project momentum by tracking milestones and holding contributors accountable.
  • Support pilot programs and phased rollouts to test, refine, and scale improvements.

Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Support and facilitate Kaizen and rapid improvement events.
