Systems Administrator - Windows & Linux

Job Summary:

• The Systems Administrator has responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the College's servers and systems.
• This role helps develop, plan, and implement projects in systems operations and security.
• The administrator works with the Infrastructure Team to deliver stable, reliable, and flexible systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure hardware, software, applications, and services are provisioned, monitored, and maintained according to organizational policies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to servers and applications.
• Plan and recommend courses of action for upgrading hardware and software, and research new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins and scripting with PowerShell, bash, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in computer operations, systems administration, and user support.
