Responsibilities:
- Support anti-spam, web-filtering, network perimeter defense appliances, and remote access solutions.
- Manage and support storage and virtualization platforms, and act as an escalation point for server infrastructure matters.
- Coordinate network-related work with Network Engineering, telephony, and provisioning groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5-6 years of experience configuring and supporting Microsoft server OS.
- Experience with PowerShell, Citrix, terminal services, and managing complex technical development projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Vmware, Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, MDM solutions, and Azure.
