New Talent Coordinator (North)

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new hires by managing Guest Teacher candidates through the onboarding experience in a professional and efficient manner.
• Enroll candidates in onboarding systems and collaborate with teams to move them into classrooms with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Provide continuous digital support to candidates through platforms including TextUs, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Data Management:

• Update complex dashboards and applicant tracking systems in Google Sheets with candidate information.
• Maintain meticulous records around candidate communication and ensure 100% of candidates receive communication within set standards.
• Efficiently and concisely communicate data across teams to support organizational efficiency.

Candidate Experience:

• Create a welcoming environment by bringing positive energy and inspiring those around you through dedicated work.
• Respond to questions from new hires in a timely manner and set a positive tone to ensure effective and efficient onboarding.
• Use charisma and networking skills to bring others into the company's mission and support guest teacher success.
