Project Manager I, Special Projects

The Project Manager I, Special Projects will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating client-facing and internal projects across BlueLabs. This includes supporting business development initiatives, overseeing the execution of public opinion surveys, and managing ad hoc engineering and analytics work. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Associate Director of Program Management, the Project Manager will be instrumental in enhancing workflow efficiency, tracking progress, and driving measurable outcomes. Coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of projects, managing internal and external communications, and monitoring timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. They will also support business development efforts by contributing to project planning, scoping, and proposal development.
