What you'll do:
- Contribute to the Platform Readiness team's agentic workflows on the Duo Agent Platform.
- Evolve the platform requirements knowledge base with schema design and validation tooling.
- Build integration surfaces for feature teams to engage with platform readiness tools.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend or platform tooling.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
- Experience with AI/agentic systems or structured content systems.

- The Platform Readiness team is part of GitLab Developer Experience, building internal developer tooling.
- They partner with platform teams to ensure features are evaluated against platform readiness requirements.
- Current challenges include moving from manual coordination to automated evaluation.
