New Product Operations Manager

As Product Operations Manager you will centralize product operations, ensuring streamlined workflows through maintaining documentation and standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the product source of truth, roadmaps, and calendars.
• Communicating project updates and timelines.
• Managing scheduling and coordination for product reviews.

You will also act as a partial office administrator, partnering with the Product team to ensure projects are on track. In addition:

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure roadmap reflects priorities.
• Facilitate roadmap reviews, planning sessions, and alignment meetings.
• Keep the CPO and ELT informed of progress and risks.

The ideal candidate must possess executive partnership skills by acting as the CPO's right hand, and product fluency by understanding how Product, Engineering and Design operate.
