The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features, and conducting market and competitive research to shape positioning, messaging, and pricing. They develop launch materials including internal enablement, customer-facing collateral, and demand gen content. This role also crafts clear, differentiated messaging that translates technical capabilities into business value and works with Sales to improve product understanding, increase win rates, and accelerate deal cycles.
They provide actionable insights to Product Management to inform roadmap priorities and partner with demand gen and content teams to produce thought leadership, webinars, case studies, and campaign assets. This invovles supporting customer advocacy by identifying and developing success stories and working with Product and Customer Success teams to drive adoption through onboarding materials, documentation, and in-product guidance.
