What You’ll Do:
- Keep the marketing board in ClickUp up to date with owners and due dates.
- Build, proof, and send email campaigns and newsletters.
- Support event logistics and lead forms for conferences.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations.
- A track record of finishing what you start and asking good questions.
- Comfort taking direction and figuring out the rest yourself.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organization to carry multiple workstreams without dropping one.
- Clear, direct written communication for Slack and project tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot and ClickUp, plus familiarity with AI tools.
