Job Description
The Sales Specialist will assist in creating estimates and sales orders and will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. This role provides support for Account Managers and serves as a stepping stone to more advanced sales positions within the organization. Responsibilities include processing orders via email or phone, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices, contacting clients for missing information, and liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Additional tasks involve maintaining and updating sales records, communicating customer feedback, and staying up to date with new products and features.
