The Enterprise Field Marketing Manager is a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for leading the execution of targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) programs and in-person and virtual field events that generate demand, engage buying groups, and drive pipeline growth within their region. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.
The candidate will develop and own a region-specific marketing plan that aligns with the regional sales strategy and supports pipeline growth. They will act as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders by contributing to territory planning and executing multi-channel ABM programs. The manager will also plan and manage regional in-person and virtual events, measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities, and research and identify new opportunities across key industries.
