Team Management:
- Manage and lead a team supporting SA&I sales representatives.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
Sales Support:
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Use sales tools effectively, including Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI.
- Provide reports and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Client Engagement:
- Create and update client proposals.
- Prepare presentations for client meetings.
- Ensure content is client-ready.
