The Senior Manager of Channel Sales will operate as a player/coach, leading Partner Development Managers (PDMs) while directly managing strategic partner relationships and contributing to revenue growth. This role shapes and executes partner acquisition and engagement strategies across consultants, system integrators, and value-added resellers, supporting upper market customers.
You'll manage high-priority partners, drive partner engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally. You will refine partner acquisition strategies and implement improvement plans, focusing on scaling a high-performing partner organization and delivering impactful results across Limbleβs expanding ecosystem. This role also cultivates strong relationships with partners, overseeing onboarding and training efforts to ensure partners are empowered to position and sell Limble effectively.
