OTC Derivatives Sales Trader, Singapore

This position is for someone interested in Over-The-Counter (OTC) derivatives on cryptocurrencies and building strong client relationships. As an OTC Derivatives Sales Trader, you will connect a wide range of client personas with tailored crypto derivative solutions, navigating complex market dynamics, and driving revenue generation. Responsibilities include: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OTC derivatives space; establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients; take ownership of client relationships and sales processes; manage a portfolio of client relationships; work closely with trading, structuring, legal, and operations teams; ensure the seamless execution of trades; actively listen to clients; and articulate complex derivative concepts.
