Senior Growth Account Manager II

The Senior Growth Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding relationships with existing customers and unlocking their full potential with DigitalOcean's products and services. The ideal candidate will focus on driving account growth through strategic planning, identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring maximum satisfaction and value realization for each customer. Responsibilities include strategic account growth by developing and executing tailored strategies, onboarding new accounts, maintaining engagement, serving as the main relationship manager, collaborating with support teams, driving customer retention, collecting feedback, and tracking key metrics. The position requires 7-10 years of experience in growth account management or sales, with a strong focus on growth and expansion. Must have SaaS and cloud infrastructure experience and excellent communication skills.
