Key Responsibilities:
- Provide escalated technical support for PACS, RIS, VNA, and related imaging systems, focusing on timely resolution of complex issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support system upgrades, patches, and configurations, ensuring operational resilience.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA by documenting support cases and updating technical guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Healthcare IT systems, preferably in radiology environments.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, networking, databases, VMware, and interoperability protocols such as DICOM and HL7.
Additional Information:
- The role requires on-call support rotation, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Relevant industry certifications or experience with scripting tools like PowerShell are preferred assets.
