Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and systems-oriented People Operations Manager to build leverage across our people function. You will play a key role in creating repeatable systems that support onboarding, training, documentation, and performance reviews, allowing our leadership team to focus on strategic growth rather than manual coordination. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves translating chaos into order;
Can independently build and manage AI-powered process automation (e.g., Airtable, Notion AI, Zapier, ChatGPT);
Has strong emotional intelligence and understands how to support people through structured, well-documented systems;
Is both a systems thinker and a doer who follows through on details without micromanagement.
Core Responsibilities include knowledge management and documentation, onboarding and offboarding ownership and supporting performance reviews.
