Your New Role:
- Play an integral part in shaping next-gen features for the new Olo app and gathering user feedback.
- Help plan the feature roadmap and provide input on both iOS and Android codebases.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Demonstrate proficiency in the team's domain and mentor junior engineers.
- Proactively address technical debt and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
- Take ownership of complex features, driving development from concept to delivery.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years of native Android development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and experience with CI/CD processes and testing practices.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and collaborating across teams.
