Job Description

The Business Operations GTM Lead acts as the operational backbone for strategy and GTM execution, including Hyperscaler and other strategic sales priorities in the respective region. This role drives operational discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, governance cadences, and program execution to enable regional growth in close partnership with Sales leadership, COOs, Partner teams, and Global GTM functions. Key responsibilities include forecasting and pipeline management, GTM cadence and governance, program execution and strategic initiatives, data integrity and reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, GTM Operations, or Program/Project Management. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must.
