Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable software services and applications
  • Mentor and coach a team of software engineers at various experience levels
  • Develop close relationships with business and technical leads and product owners

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of software development and 8+ years of programming experience in Java
  • 5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and developing or using RESTful APIs
  • Expertise in data modeling and developing schemas (relational databases, XML/JSON)

Leadership Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience managing software development teams in a distributed and global setup
  • 5+ years of experience planning and delivering software projects within and across teams
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
