Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Exchange Online services including mailboxes, groups, rules, and policies.
- Implement email authentication and security measures via Defender for Office 365 & Exchange Online Protection.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance and availability.
Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Manage identity and access in the Microsoft Cloud including secure hybrid environments.
- Enforce identity and access management policies such as conditional access and PIM.
- Coordinate with IT security teams to ensure security and resolve issues.
Collaboration and Support:
- Integrate Exchange Online and identity management solutions with other IT systems.
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and IT staff.
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
