Bookkeeper

About the Role:

• We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our Controller with day-to-day financial operations.
• You'll assist with core accounting functions from AP/AR to month-end close.
• This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean books and wants to grow within a finance team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Maintain organized records and support during external audits.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and proficiency in Quickbooks, Ramp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volume independently.
