Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-growing North American home services company.
• This role will manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and manage customer invoices generated through Jobber.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist with inventory-related expense tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced proficiency in QBO and strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting North American home service or contractor businesses is highly preferred.
