Responsibilities:
- Lead the US Operations team, ensuring their work drives high impact and aligns with company goals.
- Own end-to-end operational processes across trading, reconciliation, onboarding, and money transfers.
Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to develop and enhance key processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to investigate issues and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of business operations experience in financial services, with 2+ years of people management.
- A strategic, hands-on leader comfortable in a startup-like environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Passion for financial services and technology, with a bonus for investment operations knowledge across asset classes.
