Ops Control Framework & Oversight:
- Own and continuously strengthen controls across money movement workflows, ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory expectations, and data privacy standards.
- Review, validate, and approve client money movement requests (ACH, wires, RTP, checks, journals) in accordance with firm policies.
- Process and release transactions accurately and within established SLAs, reconcile daily cash movements, and monitor exceptions.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field — or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in financial services, brokerage operations, banking, or cashiering.
- Direct experience processing money movements (ACH, wires, checks, journals, RTP preferred) and interacting with custodians, clearing firms, or correspondent banks.
- Strong command of operational risk and fraud controls, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
